FTSmart (Smart Activity Tracking System)

FTSmart (Smart Activity Tracking System) is a digital academic performance management platform developed by the Digital Technologies and Software Directorate of the Republic of Türkiye Üsküdar University and managed by the Corporate Big Data Coordination Office. The system provides an integrated environment for monitoring, scoring, and reporting the academic activities of all faculty members, including research outputs, publications, projects, conference papers, patents, awards, administrative duties, and teaching performance.

The platform enables comprehensive tracking of academic performance through a unified structure, ensuring that all academic contributions are systematically recorded and evaluated. Additionally, with its AI-powered query infrastructure, FTSmart allows users to access academic data through natural language, making data exploration more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly.
