The Üsküdar University Erasmus Application and Management System is a comprehensive web-based application developed from scratch to digitally manage Erasmus student mobility applications, including submission, evaluation, and administration processes.
Through the system, students can register and log in, and submit their Erasmus applications via a guided, multi-step form. During this process, they can enter their personal, academic, and contact information. Required documents such as transcripts, passports, Learning Agreements, language certificates, and photographs can also be uploaded digitally within the platform.
With the developed management panel, the Erasmus Office and authorized users can filter applications based on criteria such as faculty, department, country, academic year, semester, and application status. They can also review application details and manage them through a multi-stage approval process. Applications are processed through stages such as office approval, academic approval, and student affairs approval, making the entire workflow traceable within the system.
The system supports both Turkish and English languages and is designed in accordance with international application processes. It ensures that Erasmus applications are handled within a centralized, transparent, and trackable structure. By eliminating manual application procedures, the project aims to reduce operational workload and fully digitalize Erasmus application management.
