Form Management System

The Form Management System is a comprehensive platform that digitalizes form creation, management, and data collection processes within the university through a centralized and flexible structure. Administrators can easily create a wide range of forms such as application forms, surveys, congress registrations, and staff satisfaction forms, and manage all forms from a single panel. Detailed information for each form—such as the number of fields, number of responses, creation date, and publication status—can be viewed, while editing, viewing, and deletion operations can be performed efficiently.

The system offers a highly flexible structure during the form creation process. In addition to basic settings such as form title, description, URL (slug), image upload, and publication status, visibility settings allow administrators to define who can access the form (students, academic/administrative staff, or public users). Advanced options such as allowing multiple responses, collecting user information, displaying a progress bar, and adjusting form width enable a fully customizable form experience. The system also supports features that enhance user interaction, including email notifications and customizable thank-you messages.

Furthermore, the authorization structure allows specific users to be granted access and management permissions for forms, supporting role-based usage scenarios within the institution. With date and time control mechanisms, forms can be activated within specific time intervals, ensuring that application and registration processes are conducted securely and in a controlled manner. Additionally, the availability of iframe (embed) support enables forms to be easily integrated and used across different platforms, enhancing the system’s integration capabilities.

Form field management is one of the system’s most powerful features. Users can dynamically add a wide variety of field types, including short text, long text, email, number, dropdown, multiple choice, date, time, file upload, rating (star), and scale fields. For each field, parameters such as required status, character limits, and scoring can be defined, allowing both simple forms and complex evaluation processes to be designed with ease. Optionally, forms can be structured into multiple steps using a step-based approach, providing a more organized and user-friendly experience.

In conclusion, the Form Management System provides a flexible, scalable, and user-friendly solution that brings data collection, application, and evaluation processes into a fully digital environment. With its advanced capabilities, it offers a powerful management panel for administrators and a clear, intuitive form experience for users, significantly contributing to overall institutional efficiency.
